Optimize Search Engine Results | How to Optimize Search Engine Results | Optimize Search Engine Results

Making money online revolves around building a website that people like to visit again and again. A website is like a shop. People like to buy from a shop that they like. The more visitors that come to a shop, the more sales the shop makes. If your shop is located in a better neighborhood, the chances of making lot of sales daily also increase. A website without traffic is just like a shop without any visitors.

Think of getting good positions on a search engine result page as opening your shop in a better neighborhood. Think of your website like a shop. It is through the search engines that most of the websites get visitors.

But getting your website ranked in the top positions in SERPs is not an easy job. In this article, I will tell you about a very easy method that can help you funnel good traffic for your site.

There are many good authority sites that can be used for funneling traffic to your site. Squiddoo, hubpages etc are a few of them. Do you know about the Hubpages? Hubpages are looked upon very favorably by Google. Have you ever heard about the Hubpages? Yes, good. If no than let me tell you a little about Hubpages. Hubpages is a site that has a page rank of 7 on Google.

Anyone can open a hubpage account and create his/her own hubpage. Hubpages have a lot of internal traffic and there is a chance of getting a good ranking on search engines with well written hubpages.

Choose the exact keyword that you want to be ranked in the title. Do not use any other word except the keyword. By doing so you are ensuring that the URL of the hubpage also contains the exact keyword that you want to be ranked. This is the best method to rank well your hubpage on the search pages.

Hubpages are popular with Google, Yahoo and Bing previously known as MSN. Google likes the hubpages but what I have learned from experience is that hubpages have got an instantaneously chance of getting a good ranking on the Yahoo search pages. I have used hubpages to rank on the first or second pages on the Yahoo search results with lot of competition.

Another good method of ranking on the first page of the search results is to use to a press release service. Google like PRlog service very much. My experience has shown that Google gives immediate ranking to a press release on the first page of its search results.

Press release is a very effective method of marketing. There are many online press release services. The key to getting a good ranking with a press release is to use the keyword for which you want to be ranked in the title of the press release. This ensures that the URL of the press release also contains the keyword. The same thing applies here as that in the hubpages.

The first word in the body of the press release should also be the keyword. The best method to get a good ranking on Google with a press release is to use the keyword as the first word in the title. This ensures that the first word in the URL is also the keyword that you to be ranked. Use these methods to get easy traffic for your site as well as build quality links.

Site Traffic - A How To Guide

Saturday, August 15th, 2009

Optimize Search Engine Results | How to Optimize Search Engine Results | Optimize Search Engine Results

There is one fundamental, but not very obvious fact about improving your business and advertising on line. The difference can really be compared with the difference between life and death. Here it is, getting on line you cannot be reactive in your promotions, you simply must be proactive. What I mean is that you cannot put up a site, sit back, relax and wait for it to produce your profits, as it would have been with outdoor adverts or TV ads. It won’t work this way.

So we have decided that we need to be proactive to get traffic to our site. It doesn’t matter how good our site looks and how much it has to offer, unless we send a steady stream of visitors to our site it just wont make us any money. It will look good yes, but we want it to earn for us as well.

Out of the hundreds of ways that you will hear about to help drive traffic to your site, one of the best ways is still one of the original methods that has been used for years. That is keyword marketing. It is simply a matter of finding the good keywords that people are actually using to find things related to your product or service. These keywords are what the search engines will use to send those streams of hungry buyers to your website.

Online you may find a number of different keyword tools which will help you to select the best keywords or key phrases for your web site which will help in getting site traffic. You may select both primary and secondary keywords, which will be used everywhere on your web pages, so the search engines and consequently, your target customers would easily find your website.

Another good idea for selecting the best keywords is spying on your major competitors. You may do your own little research and find out which keywords are used by them or resort to special tools, which allow you to simplify the task and spy on your competitors for you.

Now that you have a good bunch of keywords to use on your website, you have to insert them into your site in such a way that when the crawlers and robots from the major search engines look at your site, they will like what they see.

Your good keywords should be inserted into the structure of your website, normally in Meta Tags. Once the search engine robots come and visit your website, they will look for these Meta Tags and see if they look ok. If all is ok, then they will go back and report to the search engine that your site is now suitable to be indexed with them.

Although there are a lot of other factors to consider to get site traffic, keyword marketing is one of the first places to start. We should always be proactive and we will be richly rewarded for our efforts further down the road.

Non secular programming is also widely available with a free satellite receiver. FTA receivers tune in many Christian channels including but not limited to, The God Channel, EWTN, and JCTV. Some cable corporations and satellite suppliers are getting better about offering this kind of programming but with a free satellite receiver, you are not limited to sparse choices.

Cons

On the down side, there are a few channels you will be unable to get with a free satellite receiver. Premium channels as a rule will be blocked from FTA receivers. This is done so wire, satellite and networks can collect from patron subscription prices!

If you live in a rural area a long way from the city you may find over the air broadcasts are limited. These kinds of transmissions do not get far outside the town in which they’re broadcast from, however the introduction of the new digital transmission may change this noticeably.

Conclusion

Although you can not want to dump your wire or satellite company completely it is nice to know that you have the option if you choose. If your days are spent watching further stories than movies or you are rarely home to catch a film a free satellite receiver could keep you tons of money.
