In this article, we are going to discuss self-hosted WordPress blogs and how they can be monetized. If you resolve to set up your own blog, you will need to determine what the topic of your site will be and the lucratively of your specific market. And so, if we assume you have performed some keyword research, which shows there is a market you could right away compete in, you can obtain an exact term domain and use WordPress for your site. We refer to this as a mini web site since depending on the niche competition, you may need only a few posts to really get your blog site ranking high in the search engines. The instance you decide on your promotion strategies, you can begin to generate money with your blog sites. You can sign up for affiliate programs, develop your own products or place Google AdSense program on your site. The best approach could be a combination of the three. Modern web designers have moved forward in their capabilities and ability to create useful and manageable sites via Wordpress. The timeline, flexibility, and quality of sites across the web has been enhanced and embellished by the use of Wordpress themes and its quality content management flexibility options. The plusses to using Wordpress are tremendous, and as you study and learn to make it part of your web designing, your ability to create and manage sites more effectively and without worry of security issues is assured. What is Wordpress? Wordpress is a group of files, primarily PHP, CSS, and HTML, that gives a pre-created means of giving your sites an easy content management system. It is a platform via which you can hookup your flexible and changeable text, amazing features and plugins, and gives your clients a simple way that they can learn to perform this as well. Simply, Wordpress and the full understanding of it gives you a serious advantage to any and all designers and web site creators who do not use this amazing and absolutely free service. Many designers find the “backend code” or the functional part of the site very complicated and waste hours searching online for solutions and quick fixes, failing to see this top one in front of them. Wordpress in its simplest form is a way to manage the content and functionality of your site without having to hardcode it all yourself. It takes care of the intricacies, the security details, and all the features behind making a web site work. It can be used in a simple form like this or can be modified and added onto, again without having to perform any additional hardcoding yourself, to become an amazingly powerful site manager that meets almost any need you could have. Whether it be turning your site into a e-commerce business, hooking up simple contact forms, creating audio recording systems, making a picture blog, or almost any other feature that you could think of or imagine, it is available free of any cost and with an easy and simple search. How can this work? How can this really be so simple? It really can’t be as simple as all that as well as free can it? The amazing truth is that it really can, and really is as easy as that. Learning some simple code to add to your site and learning how to add these simple phrases will save you an incredible amount of work and effort. Try it and see how amazing and user friendly Wordpress is. Wordpress was primarily created for the client, or the person that you will be creating the website for, and for this reason there is nothing complicated about using its “dashboard”, structured much like a simple blog form, with a flexible and editable menu. You as the designer and creator set it up so that when you are done, the client can take over from there and can do literally whatever he wants with the masterpiece you will leave him. Proven Tactics That Will Make Your Website Conversion Friendly

If you want your website to give you real-time results than you should learn the importance of making it conversion-friendly. This means that if your site isn’t turning visitors into buyers then it is not doing its job. If you want to make your website convert better then you need to keep reading this article. One of the challenges is trying to find the best Wordpress Themes. White Space Makes Your Site Easier to Look at: You want to make your site as user friendly as possible. Websites that are generally crowded with less white space are seen as an eye sore, and that certainly doesn’t make a good impression. You want the items on your pages to be easy for people to see, so you may want to create some additional space for better balance. Every single element on your page adds to the overall look and feel of it, and getting it in the right places is really important. In order to have a site that converts well, it’s necessary to have everything arranged so that people actually enjoy the experience of visiting your site. Your conversion rate is not only about your actual products and offers, but your ability to get visitors to look over your content. So if your visitors aren’t converting the first time they visit, your site should at least entice them to drop in again next time. You can just fall in love with a website that focuses its efforts on getting the navigation right and doesn’t fall short when it comes to helping you navigate it. It doesn’t how big your website, if you fail to help your prospects navigate through your site then you’re obviously going to experience bad conversions. So that your visitors/prospects can find what they need, whether its the contact page or something buried deep in the archives, you need to do whatever you can help them. We can only speculate that those who have used wordpress theme but did not see the gains they were expecting perhaps went forward with insufficient knowledge. The knowledgeable person can easily take things for granted, but people with limited experience will often struggle. There is a certain minimum threshold of information on any particular IM method that needs to be reached as soon as possible. We always strive to offer very helpful information that is actionable; it is by no means a thorough presentation. Definitely get in the habit of looking for opportunities and not necessarily with business opportunities; we are talking about marketing hybrids that can be created and used. You have heard about all the shrewd business people who have taken every opportunity that comes across their desk if it would work with what they do in business. Incorporate Bullet Points: Information is not all that is needed to explain what you site contains and what the content is about, but it also needs structure. Not only will bullet points make it easier to scan your contents, but they can be used to make the important benefits/advantages stand out from the rest of your content. Your prospects will find it easier to read and also the bullet points will help point out the areas that interest them. If someone is browsing through your site just looking for a certain feature in your product, it can be found easier if listed in bullet points. Increasing conversions does take effort, but once you put these tips to use on your website, you will see that it is worth it. Discovering more about Wordpress themes is much like anything else in that you will have to resolve things along the way. What is related to that in a very real way has to do with the abundance of data and content found on the web. It is our express desire to see you receive the kind of help you feel is needed, so do continue by all means. The best place to find wordpress theme is http://www.clonemywebsite.com/. |

Is WordPress Good for Business Websites?

Optimize Search Engine Results | How to Optimize Search Engine Results | Optimize Search Engine Results |
I read comments recently to the effect that WordPress isn’t a good platform for business websites. I couldn’t disagree more. After all, I use WP for my business websites. I know many businesses use WordPress with great success. I’m not saying that WordPress is the best solution for every business, especially businesses with specialized website needs such as a custom cataloguing or complex directory capabilities. I probably wouldn’t use WordPress for a large e-commerce store either. However, if you’re a small business service provider such as a * lawyer, * accountant, * realtor, * doctor, * massage therapist, * tradesperson, * yoga studio, * auto-body repair shop, * restaurant, * bed and breakfast, * caterer, * personal trainer … and the list goes on (certainly not an exhaustive list), then WordPress is an ideal website solution for you. If you’re going to use WordPress for your business website, be prepared to spend some time (about a day or two) learning it. You can be up and running within a day. You’ll need hosting and then you simply install WordPress. Once you have a hosting service, it’s time to find a theme. Fortunately there are thousands of themes to choose from. Take a look around this site for some ideas. If you don’t find a theme that’s perfect for you, look into some WordPress theme builders such as Builder, Thesis, and Headway. The sky is the limit with designing a WordPress website with all three of these WordPress theme builders. If you go the route of a WordPress theme builder, it’ll take a little longer to get your site up because you’ll be making some design decisions. Once you get your business website up, you’ll want to add some functionality to it with plugins. Every business has different needs. But some key plugins I use are as follows: Google XML Site for creating a sitemap of your website. WordPress.com stats for tracking your traffic (you can also use Google Analytics). I also like to use TinyMCE Advanced for providing a more robust visual editor where you write your content. Of course you’ll need a contact form. You can use any number of contact plugins, or check out Wufoo or Gravity Forms. If your theme doesn’t have built-in SEO options, use All In One SEO plugin. The Real Advantage to WordPress is You’re In Control I can’t tell you how liberating it is as a small business owner to be able to build my own websites. More importantly I can add content whenever I wish to as well as make changes whenever necessary. I’m not dependant on a webmaster which turns into a waiting game and additional expense. At the end of the day, if after spending a few bucks on a theme and hosting you don’t like WordPress, the bad news is you’ve wasted time and a few bucks. The good news is you only wasted a little time and not too many bucks. Once you learn how to build your own website, you’ll probably get interested in SEO and conversion (as I have). You’ll be in a position to start doing some or all of the legwork to drive targeted traffic to your website and start getting business. I learned the hard way that hiring a web designer doesn’t mean you’ll get traffic. Simply launching a site doesn’t attract traffic. Content and search engine optimization work drives traffic. The cost for great SEO is high. If you’re a small business, chances are you can’t afford a great SEO service. So, why not learn it yourself. You don’t need to do much to get decent results. WordPress being a content management software platform makes it easy to add content to your site (Joomla is also easy, but I find WordPress easier to use). Even if WordPress isn’t for you, I can’t recommend building your own business website more. You may need to hire a graphic designer for some graphics and a logo. The key is learning how to build your Web presence for your business - when you’re in control, you’ll be amazed at how much business you can get from the Internet. Next, discover how to build a business website with WordPress themes. Also, check out these fantastic business WordPress themes to use to build your business website. |

Optimize Search Engine Results | How to Optimize Search Engine Results | Optimize Search Engine Results |
When you are posting to a blog you operate on wordpress the goal is to write something of high quality and to make sure that plenty of people see it. You will require traffic to your sites if you want this to be a lucrative exercise. The ways to achieve this are often quite cumbersome since they often involve getting links back to your sites and it may be that you do this by hand for each post. If there was a process to do this automatically then it is self evident that you could be far more productive during the day. A new plugin has been unveiled called WP Syndicator which appears to solve this trouble for you. After you render a post when blogging, you really want it to show in the search results as soon as possible and the links to do this need to be of the right quality. Instead of generating links to each post, a common error that is made by individuals is to link to the blog’s domain name. If at all possible you will be getting back links from leading sites on the net to the separate articles you are submitting so that they will get ranking in the search engines. By using the WP Syndicator plugin on your blog, this will all be taken care of simply and effectively. If you decide to purchase WP Syndicator, you will be given the plugin as a zipped file together with instructions to install it and get it activated. The sites this plugin posts to will change as it develops and currently there are thirteen in total right now. Having said that, there are some you can expect to always be there for the long term such as Twitter and Blogger. The plugin can be set up straight from your wordpress dashboard and then it is just a matter of setting up your accounts. This is a one time process as once you have performed this you are all ready to go. You are shown in depth if any accounts require extra input to get them functioning and it is all quite simple to follow. Once you have all the web account details configured, as you post articles these could also be posted to all of the various other sites. There are options as to how you can do this manually or automatically and there is a further way to get this to work with autoblogging software. The manner that this syndication works is to send out an excerpt from your post to the different sites and you get to choose the length of this within the controls of the plugin. The written lessons fully explain these diverse options and the way anchor text is implemented to link back to your blogging site. WP Syndicator is a plugin that is easy to set up and after it is installed it seems to perform very smoothly. So if you want to save time along with getting traffic and links to your internet sites, then this is a fantastic tool to use. Looking to find the best strategies concerning WP Syndicator, then go to www.warriorforum.com to find the best tips concerning WP Syndicator Plugin for you. |

Optimize Search Engine Results | How to Optimize Search Engine Results | Optimize Search Engine Results |
Sending readers to your blog is only 1/2 of the battle; the other is keeping readers on your blog until they become part of your community. What are the factors which make a blog addictive? This article will explore ten of the finest ways to keep people so hooked on your blog that you will be a blogging success in almost no time. “Find your True Reader” - Find the reader that you need for your blog. Blanketing the web with your link to send junk traffic gives you high numbers in your reports but if people are not engaging than what's the point? Find the reader that is going to use your content and should be coming back time and time again. “Install Share Widgets and Buttons” - Add share widgets and buttons to your website and lure people to click them to share your information with friends. Sharing content not only produces a little boost of pleasure from finding good content on the web for others nonetheless it will send new, potential community members to your site. “Answer Every Comment” - Handle every comment you receive as if it were your first. Respond to each message as it comes in to interact with your community and keep every person interested to come back and hear your response. Don’t skimp out on leaving comments eg the one-liner “interesting comment!” spend some time digging into what they have to say and expand on it. “Make Great Content” - Produce content that readers want to regularly enjoy. Write content that tickles the interests of your reader and delivers them content which cannot be found somewhere else. Add your own voice to give the content a unique angle so everyone can build an emotional connection to you and your blog. “Connect Outside of the Blog” - Do not stop at connecting with your community only on your site; hook up with community members in other social networks like on Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook. Going the additional mile to point out howdy or thanking them outside of your blog has the facility to make a long-lasting relationship as it shows you care for their participation. “Share Private Stories” - Share something personal with your audience that will give lasting impressions. Give your fans a glimpse into your own life including the highs and lows. Folk naturally wish to engage with other readers and the more human you can be the bigger chance they are going to become engrained in your blogging community. “Highlight your Audience” - Tell the remainder of your community about a commenter that you are really grateful for. Not merely will the person being highlighted feel appreciated and come back frequently but because you are showing your appreciation others will try and be more active so they can gain the recognition. “Build an Email List” - Set-up and implement a mail newsletter or list. E-mail allows you to make a personal connection with others outside of your blog which can end up in dialogues which increase collusion besides waiting around for the next post. “Use Subscription Options” - Use numerous choices for your fans to sign up to your blog such as RSS, email RSS or by following you on widely recognized social networks like Twitter or Facebook. Not everybody will use a single option you set for them which explains why you should give them a variety of decisions on your blog. “Be everywhere” - Be active in different social communities including your reader’s own blogs. Join Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and any social network you can find your readers; begin engaging with them on their lonesome favourite network - go to them rather than them to you. Featuring The OnTheGo WordPress Theme

There are 2 things that come to mind when I think of ElegantThemes: 1. Fantastic designs 2. Fantastic price When you closely look at the WordPress themes from ElegantThemes you can’t help but be impressed with the design. These are not your run-of-the-mill theme designs. You can see the craftsmanship. The best part is the pricing. ElegantThemes bucks the trend in pricing by having a very simple (and low) pricing model. Pay $39 for full access to all themes for one year (yes, you can download all the themes the day you sign up). You even get access to new themes released during your year. About Refraction Theme The design is a sketch-design in graphics. It’s very unique. For the right type of website, this theme is perfect. It’s playful, yet elegant. It’s not childish at all. This is not a standard “content-in-a-box” style. The sketch design extends to inner pages as well as the home page. Slider on the Home Page ElegantThemes includes a slider on many of its themes, including the OnTheGo theme. The slider images fit in a sketch-style slider box. It’s quite creative. Color Options You can easily choose from 4 color schemes. They are blue, green, brown, and purple. Static Website or Blog Format The default format is a static website with a slider-based home page. This format uses pages (however, you can easily add a blog as a part to your website). However, if you simply want a blog format, you can opt for this layout very easily. Easily Customized In addition to many great designs and inexpensive pricing, ElegantThemes are customized in its epanel. The epanel is an administration panel where you choose your layout, navigation, home page set up, color-scheme, and much more. The epanel enables anyone to be a web designer. You don’t need to be a coder to set up an OnTheGo WordPress theme (or any ElegantThemes theme for that matter). Actually, I have a lot of fun using the ElegantThemes epanel. Within minutes you can change your entire website. This way you can explore various layouts, colors, formats, etc. Widget Ready As I expect with any premium theme (i.e. a theme you must pay for), I expect it to have widget options. Frankly, I’d say the use of widgets is one of ElegantThemes’ weaknesses. There aren’t as many widget placement options as I’d like. However, this is primarily due to the layout and formatting options being done through the epanel. At the end of the day, the sketch design of the OnTheGo WordPress theme is fantastic. The functionality and easy customization make this a great theme - if the design is what you’re looking for. Frankly, I would love to see ElegantThemes create more sketch-style themes. I think they look great and provide a truly unique look for any website. Top Wordpress Plug-ins for Internet Marketers

Optimize Search Engine Results | How to Optimize Search Engine Results | Optimize Search Engine Results |
Unless you just blew-in from Pluto, chances are good you know about Wordpress. Wordpress is a content management system that is very popular among bloggers. Naturally, that doesn’t imply that it’s only for the blogging community. Wordpress as an application and solution is suitable for practically any purpose. It is often used by IM marketers for regular monetized sites, affiliate sites, sales pages, etc. There are other uses, as well, such as video sites, landing pages, squeeze pages, etc. There are millions of choices for a theme - and a kid can probably figure out how to customize it. What’s more, using the Wordpress Plugins you can pretty much make it do whatever you want. Here are the Wordpress plug-ins that every internet marketer should install. No IM marketer, or blog owner for that matter, should be without the FD Feedburner plugin. Feedburner is powerful, and this plugin will let translate your existing blog feed right into a Feedburner feed. Lots of people like RSS because site content is delivered to their desktop, and there’s no reason to go to the site. What happens is all your RSS subscribers will receive an alert when your content/blog is updated with new content. The convenience factor is there’s no need to go online and manually check blogs/sites for new information. There are all different kinds of readers for different RSS formats, and Feedburner is a sort of universal format for everyone to use. If you’re an affiliate marketer, you can use the fabulous plugin - GoCodes by Wordpress. Everyone hates how affiliate referral URLs look, so GoCodes shortens them, cleans them up, and you can have control over how their used. The coded urls will help combat the rampant and ever-present affiliate commission thieves. People online now are really very slick. They can tell what coded urls for affiliates are like, and for whatever reason they sometimes delete or bypass them. Well, GoCodes puts an end to that nonsense. SMS Text Message is a plug-in that allows your subscribers to receive your announcements of site updates via SMS text messaging. Ok, first it uses an optin form that it places on your site. So, in order to get updates they’ll just input their number into the optin, and then they’ll be good to go. This is a great way to instantly let your subscribers know that you have updated your site. But we feel we have to warn you that this could take time to do because people may not be comfortable with opting-in with their phone numbers. The degree of popularity certainly suggests Wordpress is the CMS that people love. The way it is being used is a testimonial to it: sales pages, video blogs, landing pages, affiliate review sites, etc. As you know by now, it can be customized and its functions altered with plugins. Of course for online business, you want sites that you can do those things with. You may find Wordpress to have all the solutions you’re looking for with a business website application. I’ve listed a list of Best Wordpress Plugin, you can definitely check it out. |
